About Us

My Name is Naomi Radulescu and I am the Owner and Operator of Oaktree Adult Care Home, LLC. I have been providing care for the elderly in Portland and the surrounding Metropolitan area for over 20 years as a Caregiver, Resident Manager, and as an owner and operator since 2015. I am passionate about the well-being and dignity of our elderly citizens and truly have a sincere desire for providing the highest level of care and attention to my residents. When I decided to open Oaktree Adult Care Home, I wanted to do it with the intention of continuing the level of service which I have been accustomed to for these 20+ years and for which my past, current, and future residents deserve.
